Schedule/Dues

All workouts will be designed to reinforce learned skills and develop new physical abilities. Trainers will be available to supervise and oversee all workouts.

6:00 am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
5:00 pm Fridays

Intro to Crossfit Program: Total of 8 classes 2x-3x week normally on Sunday, Wed and Sat. Teaches participants basic movements to begin CrossFit workouts. This is required for all students new to CrossFit. Must sign up for the 10 Class Intro to Crossfit Plan $199
All Levels-WOD "Work Out of the Day"
60 min or less - class consisting of warm-up / skill work, WOD and cool down.



10 Class Intro to Crossfit Package: $199
12 Class Package: $185.00 (5 weeks)
24 Class Package: $285.00 (9 weeks)
35 Class Package: $345.00 (12 weeks)

Unlimited WOD classes per month with 6 mo agreement: $125.00/mo

Why CrossFit?

CrossFit was created and designed by expert Coach Greg Glassman. It was designed for any individual to enhance and develop their physical skills and abilities. An athlete performing CrossFit on a consistent basis will experience results such as increased Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Accuracy, Agility, and Balance. This is not a specialty program. CrossFit is the Main Conditioning Program for many top athletes, such as UFC Fighters, regularly implemented into the Military P.T. Program and by average individuals who want to be in top shape and health but have limited time to workout. It is scaleable to any fitness and ability level.

CrossFit is a valuable training and conditioning program for any Martial Arts Practioner, such as you, our members. You will experience world-class training techniques and methods for conditioning your body. As we are a martial arts school, we will strive to customize any conditioning program to meet the needs for our athletes. Thus, we feel that any group like CrossFit that supports high intensity, varied, and functional movements, will help aid our purpose to train the competitor, law enforcement and recreational practitioner.
