Oh boy... This is what I get to return to?
Soccer is done after this weekend for the rest of the summer so I'll be around regularly again.
I am very confused. Are we doing the hokey pokey with the KB?
18:00 something. w/ 24kg

It wasn't as rough as I was expecting, but still a good workout.
